Things started really slow for the first year after filing our Ch.13 case. We saw hearing after hearing roll by, with no confirmation. We got concerned when our lawyer at the time (not Mike) would request an obscene amount of information days before the next hearing. When we tried to contact said lawyer, his responses were often delayed by multiple weeks, the message was short and sometimes unreadable - like he didn't care. We almost found another firm.

Fast forward a year, Mike took over the case after our lawyer left (without any notification). Mike has been more than responsive and helps talk us through the minutia of things. Our case has since been converted to a Ch.7, and our 341 meeting went well, which gives us hope this ordeal will be resolved soon.

We highly recommend Mike. He's responsive and tries to work within your means.

The entire process was SO seamless and easy thanks to the entire Ziegler team. They thoroughly described every part of the process and made submitting my information very easy. They were very organized and professional the entire time about such a scary, unknown process for me. I hope I never have to use them again (haha) but if I do I wouldn't dream of picking another attorney.

They were very professional. They work with you to get you where you need to be. They give you multiple ways to contact them, but I found email was the quickest way to get an answer. The phone goes to voicemail, but email and texting is much quicker. They give you all the information up front and help you know exactly what to do. I would recommend them if you need help. They won't take advantage of you. They will also go after any of the creditors that refuse to leave you alone.
