Vitto and his team provide the best legal services in Riverside County. They were incredibly helpful in resolving my unlawful detainer case and securing possession back for me. Hired Vito for three different items, one he completed (eviction notice) but the other two he basically kept lying to me saying he was working on them and every time I asked he said his assistant hasn’t completed the tasks and can’t get hold of her now. He always seemed to be away playing poker and promised to take care of things in the week but nothing was ever completed. I even offered to support a charity event by donating tickets from my work. In the end, went to my bank to dispute the charge as fraud and showed them all the texts and emails. The bank agreed with me and refunded my money. Vito was furious, but he should have done the work he was paid for. I told him to take it up with the bank if he had an issue. Vito still owes me for payment of a debt he was hired to collect, but again no work was done, he didn’t refund me and just took my money (over $1,000). I suppose technically I still have him on retainer, but doubt the work will get done. He lies quite a lot, tells you he is working and will complete items but when I followed up he would just give me different excuse. Vito also has a number of different phone numbers so it’s hard to get hold of him. He told me he has too much work because of the location of his office being next to the court, should hire appropriate people to be able to run a legitimate business. Save your money, don’t go to him because he’s conveniently located.

I am extremely satisfied that I finally found a business/service that helped with the needed legal paperwork ,filing and finding the defendants/scammers that have been purposefully avoiding me.

I have tried (and paid twice) through Riverside Police to serve subpoenas in regards to a traffic accident ,I paid for 6 visits/attempts with no success.

Then I went to Zedomily Legal Services and they went above and beyond and found and delivered the subpoenas where the Marshalls failed. They also offer a myriad of legal services, investigative , Document preps AND filing, mediation, etc..

Vito and staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable and most of all professional!

I would without hesitation use their services again with any legal issues that I might have !

I’m still waiting on a response from Vito or one of his assistants. I was told that documents would be served 2 weeks ago. When I asked for an update, he kept messaging me a generic response over and over again. This is not how a professional handling sensitive documents should respond. Any response that’s specific would be appreciated. On top of that, I have also emailed multiple times with no response and I have called and no one ever answers and I can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full.

I don’t mind changing my review but at this point I am not happy with the commutation and unprofessionalism. I still haven’t gotten an update I need someone to respond to me asap

They finally served my client and filed what was needed a little over a week ago. The owner did help with adjusting the case name, which he volunteered and I appreciate it, but the communication is something they need to work on throughout the process.

I forgot about changing my review which caused another bad situation.. He called me and my client threatening to sue us if we didn’t remove this review. Called and yelled at me and my client, as well as sending very unprofessional text messages with threats.

This is unacceptable. This guy is a bully and really needs to work on his professionalism

I recently faced an extreme violent situation, after notifying Riverside Co Sheriffs Office to serve the TRO - RCSO made an attempt and left a business card for the perpetrator to contact them (what a joke) at that point I only had 1 1/2 days left to make sure they were served or we would have to start everything all over. I was desperate - I went to Zedomily and after paying a nominal fee they said “ no problem - we can do it”
Even though I was abit skeptical I was praying it could be done - I was scared and knew these people were extremely dangerous so I was worried. I fretted all day and just when I thought it wasn’t going to happen - Mr. Vito called me at 7:30 pm and said they had been served- I was so happy and extremely grateful and now I can proceed with the legal process. Thank you everyone at Zedomily!
