Sets deadlines and misses all of them. No communication. Expect to work with a revolving door of different people because the person you were working with left, and their replacement can't answer any specific questions about the estate (when you finally ever get anyone to answer you). Zero empathy for the situation (and that they're prolonging it).

Hired Zaremba the same week my mother passed to "manage" her estate in January 2022. Takes 2, 3 or 4 emails to get anyone to answer questions. Finally, they gave me a date of when my mothers estate should close (April 2023), and that day came and went without any communication from Zaremba. We're now 3 (soon to be 4) months after that date and the new "final" date (7/26) has arrived. I hadn't heard anything from Zaremba so I inquired about the status, and was only told after I inquired that there are other fees that weren't on final accounting (even though final accounting was already provided & shows those fees). So, another deadline that has come and gone and I was never notified proactively. Within this time, I have dealt with no less than 8 people on this -- some only lasting a few weeks. I was then told that the owners were on a 6-week vacation and just got back? Must be nice to leave your clients hanging.

Um, no. Nope. No way. We did the free "consultation" which was just Walt Xaremba talking about how awesome he is. No actual guidance or advice was given. He made all of our skin crawl and we were OUTTA THERE. We do NOT recommend.

Very rude and short patient staff. I'd give them zero if that was an option. We only needed to know the court where the document was filed and was treated like second class citizens. I am a real estate broker acting on behalf of my client and had the legitimacy of my title questioned when researching the document that was originated at this law firm. Be careful using them, when you're gone your family may suffer the same treatment I have just endured. This was not an issue of attorney client privilege. I had to try to intervene your loud constant speaking to tell you, I am not the caller you spoke to previously. I informed you who I was and whom I represent and you questioned my title "If you are really a broker" to be exact. After trying to steer the conversation to a more professional tone, you hung up in my face! Your response is miss leading and shows you are unethical, wow!
