HI, I been reviewing the reviews about ZA Lawyers, I felt like I was reading a non friction book. My experiences is not like theses reviews except one. I been a client since 1/2023, in that time my case worker was either off, on vacation or with a client. I called many times ,texted Rachael never heard from her. when she did get get back to me she talked down to me,, she was really short with me.Like my case wasn't important enough. I was told after 11 month I had another case manager and no one notify me once. Just so you know I am not a lawyer and that being said I do not know the the process .So why was I doing the research for my case? I was suppose to get a call back from my Lawyer and it never happen. I was referred to you and now I don't know what to think. I wanted to call the person in charge of the firm and they told me they could not give me that information ....?

I am writing this review to share my disappointment with the service provided by your firm in handling my case. Throughout the duration of my legal matter, I have encountered significant challenges with communication and follow-up, which have greatly impacted my experience with your firm.
One of the key issues I have faced is the lack of responsiveness from my assigned case manager. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and seek updates on the progress of my case, I have consistently been met with delays and unreturned calls. This lack of communication has led to frustration and uncertainty on my part, as I have been left in the dark for extended periods of time without any updates on the status of my case.
To make matters worse, I recently learned that this same case manager has been promoted to a supervisory position within your firm. This decision baffles me, as it directly contradicts the poor performance and lack of accountability that I have experienced firsthand. It is deeply concerning to see an individual who consistently failed to meet basic communication standards being rewarded with a position of greater responsibility.
As a client who has entrusted your firm with a matter of significant importance, I expected a higher level of professionalism, transparency, and attentiveness to my needs. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen far short of these expectations, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.
