This man is "brain dead". He turned my divorce into a custody of celery issue. No kidding....celery! He waxed his hands in the air and yelled at me for eating celery. Mr. Ybarrondo came to court because it was on his calendar but did even know who, what or why he was there. When I questioned his experience in family matters, he qualified himself by telling me he had been a judge in Riverside Family Court. I can't find any verification of this anywhere. If you have him represent you.....Good Luck !
