The most heart breaking thing that could happen to a parent is to lose their child. That happened to our family. Then to make arrangements for the services are a necessary, yet extremely hard process to go through. From the moment I walked in to Clancy's Funeral Home in Branford I felt nothing but kindness and a sense of real concern for myself as a grieving mother and a person that they genuinely cared about. They were professional yet gentle and took their time to go through all the steps and took care of all that was needed to be done. They made an experience no parent should ever have to go through much easier for the family in every way. They were super sensitive to our needs and went way past my expectations. They changed to LED light bulbs (good) in floor lamps and chandeliers, but they are all a size too small. The hall and rooms are dim. Photo displays placed in the hallway are almost unviewable – guests need a flashlight to see them clearly.

Left messages for over a week, and no one ever got back to me. I did explain why I was calling (I wanted a prepaid cremation). I feel I was not important enough to return my call. How do they stay in business if they do not return calls?
