I hired this firm a long time ago- a couple of years, to be exact. I’m still waiting to figure out if a settlement is on the table for me.
The last I heard, my attorney was going to call me, then never did.

She’s nice enough, but to be honest, the urgency and communication issues with this firm are real. I hesitated to leave a negative review because I like my attorney as a human being, but after seeing everyone else’s similar reviews when I googled the firm to get the phone number again- I thought I should explain my situation as well.

There are other firms out there that treat their clients with urgency. Just look elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend this firm if it was free to consumers. The attorney on my case completely disappeared after suggesting action to take against a former employer. I took the action, to have my attorney stop taking my calls. No response to my voicemails, emails, or texts. It has been over a month since I received a response. When I called the company twice last week, they said he was in a meeting and would call back. I never received a call back....couldn't be more disappointed in a law firm....seeking different representation for a potential lawsuit. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I was referred to the law firm by Illinois Attorney Finders. I called and gave all the information about my situation and was told I would receive a e-mail or phone call within a few days. It's been a month and have not heard from anyone. No call or e-mail. Extremely unprofessional. At a minimum, a e-mail explaining they were not interested in my case would have been acceptable. Other reviews I have read about this firm were not that positive either. They need to learn NOT to leave people, potential clients, left out in the cold. Even a response of, sorry we can't help you goes a long way. You caution when considering this firm!!!
