Even though I didn’t get all my documents since in every state it’s a pain. She was nice and cordial to me even with my one million questions. I’ll be back for a walk-in.

As a new to Texas, a lady (station 3, Michele) in this office was so helpful and kind. I didn't even wait long - without an appointment.
She was so kind and professional, it was very quick to get my job done. Yay!

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting this tax office 4 times in order to get my vehicle’s title switched over. The first 3 times, I came in without an appointment (huge mistake) but appointments are weeks out. I left the first two times after waiting 45+ minutes. The office is small and understaffed. The third time, I checked the online monitoring system that told me it was a wait of about 15 minutes. That was definitely not true, as I waited about an hour before my turn. Let me tell you, make sure you are a title transfer EXPERT before coming because the woman I had the misfortune of being “helped” by, at window 2, is about the coldest human I have encountered. There was an added form that I needed, so I had to come back. When I came back the 4th time, with an appointment, I was served quickly. Unfortunately, it was the woman at windows 2. She claimed that someone had altered the date on the title transfer, although no one had. Is it possible that the person wrote the wrong thing at first and went back to correct it? No, definitely not. I had the option of either paying costly extra fees or getting another form completed to verify that the date wasn’t altered. Of course, I just paid the ridiculous extra money. I was very upset because this truly was an ordeal made much worse because of her coldness. I encourage you all to go to another tax office. Bureaucratic red tape is out if hand and made much, much worse when the people working in these types of offices go out of their way to make your life harder.

I am very pleased by the quick and polite service I got here. I came back in 2019 and my experience was awful. This time I came expecting rudeness and left with a very pleasant surprise. Thank you ladied. You all are doing a wonderful job, you are an example to other public service workers.
