I am a man in his sixties, who was married to a woman 14 years younger for 11 years. Under Colorado divorce law, the divorce risked me losing years of individual savings. Further complicating my situation, the first lawyer I contacted announced his disbarment upon the first court appearance.
A neighbor had recommended Kathryn Lonowski. After I left the first court appearance shocked by the first lawyer’s disbarment and sloppy filing, I contacted Wick & Trautwein, LLC; Kathryn met with me COB that day.
Kathryn is old school, no non-sense, thorough, focused, and detailed oriented. Whereas the first lawyer had given me minimum information and tossed 800 pages of raw data over the wall, Kathryn asked pointed questions, made sure I understood the context of the law, carefully, and systematically built a case for court appearance.
