I'm now arguing with my coparent on Christmas because Cyndi can't keep details on cases straight. Told ex the wrong information and now can't bother to respond again to clarify so I am going back and forth with the ex on Christmas which is what I spent over a thousand dollars on her services hoping to not have to do. Her mistake which she hasn't corrected has now literally affected my Christmas. She couldn't get my email right throughout the entirety of our process, though I fixed it several times, wrote it out on her paperwork again, and emailed her directly. Important information we agreed to had to be added to the paperwork at the end because she forgot it. The worst part of this process though is that she is not trauma informed, and encouraged me to "love" my abusive ex and several times when things became tense. This is also why they say you shouldn't do therapy with covertly abusive people - it's traumatizing. During tense moments she also wanted to tell me how he was feeling and what he was thinking without him saying so, which was extremely strange. I explained a tiny portion of our history before we started the process, so she could enter with a level of awareness, but it's almost as if she didn't believe me or actually just forgot. I cannot imagine she gave it any mind because nobody I know encourages people who've been abused to love their ex or to interpret their unspoken thoughts and emotions for the abuser. I'm very glad to not have to be in mediation anymore with my ex or her and so incredibly disappointed in her services. Throughout the process and afterward, I didn't and don't feel like she actually cared about me as a person. Which is very weird when you're paying someone $150 an hour to help in a very stressful situation. I would advise against using her services for mediation.

You are terrible people, you used my daughter and she paid you in God's good faith to follow through and help her through her divorce. My daughter works hard to keep her little family together. She's struggling and what she paid you for your services was a sacrifice. She's going through a stressful, emotional and trying time. I would not recommend your services to anyone.

If you are seeking a professional legal advice, consult Cynthia.
That will save you both headache and money. Three years ago, she charged
only $100 for preparing a document :MOTION TO QUASH although
it took almost two hours- other attorneys would have charged $500.
I highly recommend to go for her services !
