Spoke with Alexis Daniel today on the phone with Wettermark Keith to see if I could get representation with a workers comp claim. After only a couple of weeks with this firm it turns out that Alexis was the only thing good about it so she gets the two stars.
The attorney that took my case had the bedside manners of a used car salesman that was pissed off at the world. That’s also about as trustworthy as I feel he was as well.
I let him know how I felt about him being angered that I asked questions, especially difficult ones that he took issue with.
Being new to this I had lots of questions and needed lots of answers.
What’s the use in hiring an attorney if they can’t answer questions without feeling bothered or worried about the scrutiny?
He didn’t like that and quit.
They did get a few things moving in the process and that was progress but he was a total jerk about any questions that made him feel uncomfortable or inadequate.
Perfect! I had another attorney within 10 minutes.
