They don't keep in touch they ask u to sign a release form for medical then ask u to get all the information that u r supposed to be paying them to get for the case they don't provide u with any updates on your case or provide any evidence when they file a case at the courthouse it's been 2 years since I opened a case with them for a dog attack and they have not gotten anywhere they file the case with the courthouse and that is it no evidence was submitted I had to to provide the person actually name somehow when I gave them the address they came up with a hole different name and the person that had dogs that attacked me is not even worried about anything he and his girlfriend actually threatened me cause I flipped him the middle finger I was not in there yard or property when the dogs attacked me but they still have not gotten anywhere on my case the person who had the dogs had the dogs put to sleep just to get 2 more to miss treat living life like nothing happened where I am scared to walk anywhere and have permanent scars and disability from his dogs attacking me I should of went to a more well known law firm . Now I am never going to be the same and they took advantage of my injury and my time so I am not able to get any kind of compensation for what happened to me they didn't even try to help me get disability help.

I contacted this firm regarding my case and had an initial consultation. I was told they would follow up with me, but I never heard back. I understand if they decided not to take the case, but completely ghosting a potential client is unprofessional. A simple message letting me know would have been appreciated. Very disappointing experience.
