UNETHICAL, IMMATURE COMPLEX MANAGER
The Complex Manager is a ROGUE employee.
HE WILL SABOTAGE YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!
This office should be shut down by regulatory authorities.
It's ironic that while Wells Fargo allegedly creates unnecessary accounts, this office abruptly closes accounts in retaliation when your financial advisor leaves their organization. They cannot be 'bothered' servicing accounts previously managed by former employees.
It gets worse...When their Corporate Office requests assistance in moving your account to the Corporate Office, the Glastonbury Complex Manager completely ignores multiple requests.
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!!!!

Horrible customer service. It's impossible to get a call back even when they say they're going to call. I have bills to pay but can't get a call back. Will be closing this account ASAP.
