I called because I made an honest mistake mixing up court dates. As soon as I found out I was very nervous because I was issued a capias. I called a lot of lawyers locally and even the court house. They were all not sure and left me feeling very unconfident and even more nervous. I called the firm and was called back very soon. I received a prompt, professional, and clear answer to all of my questions and I sincerely appreciate it. I went to the sheriff’s office after speaking to him as he advised feeling much more confident. He was very clear on the process which helped tremendously. I was released very quickly with a new court date and they understood. Thank you. You helped me clear a capias that I genuinely earned by mistake. If I didn’t call and take their advice I think my outcome could have turned out way worse. I would definitely recommend this firm. I really appreciate the advice given.

Let me tell you, I’ve been crying in the floor for Joy for past hour, JOSHUA STOCK IS THE MAN, YOU HEAR ME, had a 98 in a 70, with a misdemeanor charge, with the penalties against me, I did NOT have to show up to court, Mr. Stock went on my behalf , very friendly and very professional and knows his stuff! I wish I could give him and the firm 6 stars if I could! Very easy and straight forward for what they needed from me, turned everything I needed in as early as possible, he went over everything over the phone and in person before the court hearing and he went to WORK, I would very highly recommend them and especially MR. I got a ticket for going over 16 over for speed. I was really upset but Mr. Weiland handled his business. I wish I could give him 10 stars. He wasn’t concerned about the money but my well-being. He got the ticket dismissed with only $76 in court fees. This could have really affected me because I own a business. I do a lot of driving for my business.

I was pleased to work with Joshua Stock from Weiland Firm. On the day of my traffic incident, which was the day before Thanksgiving, Weiland Firm was the only law office who took my phone call and talked to me for 30 minutes. I was truthful to Mr.Stock about what happened and what I did (that will be my biggest advice to any client, please tell him everything, otherwise he can’t fully help you). He gave me a comprehensive plan of action and things I need to do as corrective actions before we appeared on court. This really helped me get through the thanksgiving break without panicking. His recommendation for community service hours was very ambitious but I worked hard to achieve that, which tremendously helped my case’s verdict. He is good at his job and so is the paralegal, Katie. They are very prompt in communication as well.

While traveling home to Pennsylvania I was pulled over in Virginia and given a ticket for reckless driving (85 in a 65). The officer was really upset and honestly, I’m not sure how I only got away with a ticket. Within days I received several letters in the mail from attorneys, but I felt like they were ambulance chasers and decided to do my own research. Mr. Wieland is an attorney that loves his job and will work every angle for his clients. I've had previous attorneys that just take the money and run, encouraging you to take a plea deal. Weiland WORKS.

His team is also very responsive and efficient. A lot of times you'll hire a lawyer and not hear much until trial, that's not helpful when you're sitting there worrying. They'll include you in every step of the way and are easily accessible by phone (you'd be surprised how rare that is).

I was referred to Mr John Weiland by an attorney here in NY in regards to a moving violation in the state of Virginia. What a gentleman!! That’s all I can say .
