A few months ago, I received a court notice regarding an unpaid credit card debt I had completely forgotten about. I had already closed all my credit cards, and this one had slipped through the cracks. As soon as I received the notice, I contacted the company listed to try and resolve the issue.

Shortly after, I was received a letter from Watts & Herring company that offered to assist me with the case. They proposed representing me in court and negotiated a settlement of $1,200, down from the original $2,200. I agreed, and they immediately took action on my behalf.
