It's one thing to be good at your job and get the clients' needs met, but it's the in-between process that determines the mental state, anxiety, and other emotional factors that go into dealing with a case. I was involved in a hit & run on my bike and Mari Jo and Wattel & York have been amazing. Any time I had issues with my insurance Mari Jo was on top of it. And I was only expecting to have my bills paid but it looks like I will be getting a settlement as well, something I wouldn't have considered. I can't say enough good things about this team. We reached out to multiple Law offices after our auto accident and no one would help us till we contacted the team at Wattel & York. From the first call Mari Jo, Harley and Zach have taken care of every step. They've answered any questions or concerns we've had and worked with the insurance companies for us. I have been working with Wattel & York, Attorneys at Law, since mid-October 2023 to settle my claim for an accident for which I wasn’t responsible. I especially want to recognize Harley T., my litigation assistant, who handled much of the research, administrative work, and follow-up on my claim. Harley was always very courteous and professional; she made a number of helpful suggestions that led to a larger settlement amount and was there for me every step of the way.

I would also like to thank Mari Jo M., my paralegal, for her expertise in handling my claim. Mari Jo played an important part in the claim process; she was very personable and answered any legal questions that I had raised.
