She is a very old attorney, and a bitter lady who likes to retaliate against people when she loses in court. Be careful with this one. She called DHS and made a false report against me and my children because she was disqualified as my exs attorney, due to her previously represented my sister in court, and she failed to realize this until the day of court. Maybe do better diligence for your clients in the future so u don’t “lose.” And, nice try with your false claims that I’m emotionally abusive. 🙂

Very rude red haired office worker very sternly telling me that I was told in a sit down with her, Mercedes and Jennifer that I had to have a payment plan. I never spoke with Mercedes.They were never for me I was paying for a family member. I took my money else where. I may be old but I believe in showing respect. I refuse to pay for disrespect, Miss Secretary snicker about that!

Spent over $10,000 on custody case with Mercedes Watson, which never appeared in court once! X and I settled out of court ourselves!! Phone calls, emails and Mercedes doing all the paperwork for bothsides cosh me over $10,000! AAL was asked by me to with draw! Never happened! Rachel Freeman! (Joke)!

Charges high prices and says he'll always deliver what he promises because courts know the weight his name carries.

A week before court, he told me he had already spoken with the prosecuting attorney and the deal he promised was done.

In court, it was a different story. He couldn't deliver what he promised, couldn't get them to change anything they were doing. The agreement he said he already had done is not at all what I ended up with.

Additionally, he told me my speeding ticket would be "taken under advisement" and that is the plea I agreed to. However, I'm now finding out that it was not taken under advisement.

Really terrible service after retainer was paid. The woman that works the Stockton office Monday-Wednesday is great but the Harrison office is very unprofessional. The person that handles repayment of retainers was very rude just now and explained to me that my 30 minutes it court was charged for 2 hours for a total of $400.....very disappointed and would recommend using someone else for divorce needs as an uncontested divorce just cost me $1478.00.
