Hiring Jeff Wasikowski was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. After my father passed away, I entrusted Jeff Wasikowski with handling his estate, believing he was a professional well-versed in probate, estate, and elder law. I provided him with crucial documents—including my father’s will, death certificate, vehicle titles, and other essential paperwork—so he could promptly name me as executrix of the estate and ensure everything was handled properly. I never signed anything, and he didn’t take inventory of what I provided. From the very start, this entire process was a disaster.

For two months, Jeff Wasikowski strung me along. He claimed I’d been named executrix but never provided any supporting documentation. He dodged my calls, evaded my emails, and ignored my repeated requests for updates. Finally, after losing patience, I sent him an email giving him 24 hours to respond. When he ignored me again, I personally went to his office to retrieve my documents. Instead of returning everything, he gave me only a copy of my father’s will—no death certificate, no vehicle titles, nothing else. It’s now apparent that he lost several important documents and never even took inventory of what I’d provided him.

After hiring a new lawyer, I learned that Jeff Wasikowski had done absolutely nothing to move the probate process forward. I had not been named executrix as he claimed, and his inaction caused a delay of at least two months. This setback has cost my family financially and emotionally—we’ve been unable to cancel accounts, list my father’s house for sale, or move forward with settling the estate. Instead of helping us during this already devastating time, Jeff Wasikowski added unnecessary stress, financial strain, and chaos to an already overwhelming situation.

Even now, he continues to ignore both me and my new lawyer, who sent a formal demand for the return of the remaining essential paperwork he has of my father's. This level of negligence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable for someone who claims to specialize in estate planning and probate administration.

If you’re considering hiring Jeff Wasikowski, don’t. He is a professional in name only. Trusting him was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made, and I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Jeff, lead lawyer at the Wasikowski firm is very kind and straightforward. We did have a good experience with him selling our home: with exception at the very end, which honestly is the most important part of this process, and so all in all not a great experience.
Although being kind is good, there was an error made on his staffing side which caused a big mix-up during the final deposit of the selling funds. This was, and still is a huge mistake, since we are discussing a large sum of money.
During the time we pointed out this error to him and his staff (which I still don't know how they made, since not only did I discuss it over the phone, I also discussed it with Jeff himself in person..), they not only argued the reality and the weight of this error, they also have informed us this was our problem. Which makes literally no sense, since this was regarding a release of funds document they wanted us to sign, yet never sent, even after asking them to send it!!!!!!
As our lawyers they are the ones responsible for ensuring we have access to all the appropriate documents, and that all of those are signed. Yet this didn't happen, and somehow it's our responsibility, and they moved forward without letting us know.

Throughout the entire home sale process, we as the sellers were quick to answer any questions Jeff and his staff had, and we followed up on any requests in a timely manner. They however, did not grant us the same common courtesy, which I find highly unprofessional. It's been over two weeks since closing, and we still have not received ANY copy of any of the sale of home documents, any of the bills they charged us, final closing costs, or documents we had come int to their office in person to sign. The only document I have is a proof of receipt as an email copy of the check they sent, (which, first of all, the check was sent without request, or verification), and they only sent the proof of it after a huge back and forth regarding the funds in the first place.

Again, although kind, it's hard for me to say it was a good experience since the overall professionalism, and ability for this firm to make you feel at ease with the work they're doing on your behalf is sub optimal, and more can be expected from a good law firm. I would not work with them again.

Worst Attorney I have ever been in touch with. Contacted them for document preparation. As soon as I told them about legal insurance, he stopped responding. I asked him to just let us know if he is interested so I can move forward but he never responded. Do not work with him.

The last thing you need at one of the most difficult times in your life is to have people you can't depend on. That would be Wasikowski Law Firm. This law firm rarely returned my phone calls unless I harassed them and quite often sent inaccurate or missing paperwork. I had to chase them down every step of the way until I finally gave up. Both the administrator and the lawyer are very unprofessional. On top of that I just found out they also treat the Probate Court in the same way. It's sad to think a Probate Court would have to send out four request and still no response! Perhaps you need to be a millionaire to get help from Jeff.
I would never recommend this firm to anyone. Very dissatisfied.
