Not really experience, but I left them a message about 3 weeks ago and never got a call back. This seems typical of many businesses these days. One of the things that frustrates me more than anything. I used to be in customer service, and no matter what I made sure everybody got a call back that day, and at the worst the morning of the next business day. Not sure how I fell through the cracks here, but oh well. There are plenty of attorneys out there.

David Yando was there for me through the entire process. Any questions I had were answered within 1 business day but usually within 4 hours or less. He was very detailed on how things would proceed and what to expect. His service also includes an online class on how to I prove your credit to a 720 score. I would absolutely recommend Washington fresh start with David Yando!
