I was referred to Attorney James Banks after talking with an acquaintance about a car accident that I had where someone rear ended me on the freeway 2 years prior. I was telling him how my 3 years statute of limitation was coming up and I would probably settle. He strongly encouraged me to talk with Mr. Banks, reminding me that the reason we have insurance is to pay for damages caused by these kinds of accidents and insurance companies do what they can to pay as little as they can to compensate.
