I've had a great experience Mr. Waltrip and his wonderful paralegal Paula. Paula has always been incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive. She truly listens and ensures everything is handled efficiently. Mr. Waltrip is sharp, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They did not waste my time and got straight to the point, which I really appreciate. Mr. Waltrip also takes the time to listen, making sure you feel heard and understood. A number of friends recommended Mr. Waltrip, and they did not steer me wrong. From day one, both Mr. Waltrip and Paula (paralegal) have been incredibly supportive. I was referred to Brandon Waltrip to file for my divorce by another attorney. At the end our initial meeting I was told by Brandon “ I’ll do it for $4500”. I didn’t ask what he would do for $4500. As it turns out $4500 got me farther away from a settlement than before I hired him. I had to withdraw my filing as I don’t have the money to continue.
In all other businesses “ I’ll do it for $$$” means JOB COMPLETE for $$$.
I learned a $4500 lesson.

Kavanagh is the best if you need help keeping your kid away from one of its parents. Ask him about his “Church Special” (go to his church and get his services for free.) Find a better attorney.

This is the WORST lawyer you could ever get, they will lie to you and your loved ones. They will have their team lie to you. Campbell deserves to be reported. Playing with peoples lives is a serious game and he’s happy to play that game- unless you pay him.

Mr.Waltrip was my divorce attorney. I cannot recommend him. He was ineffective and expensive (approximately $20K).
