I have been filing my taxes every year since 2007. Angeles is so professional and will always reach out to you for any questions regarding your filing. VRG is family oriented. I started filing my taxes with Angele’s mom, and after she retired, Angeles has been my person to go to. I have not have any errors since 2007. This is the BEST tax place. I have been coming here for years.! The staff is very nice never have any problems. I really recommend this place to everyone, and I never write reviews but they are just so fast, easy, and I even received a free cute tote bag for getting my taxes filed 😀

I have been coming to do my taxes here for years, I have never had any problems with my taxes. They are very polite and they are very knowledgeable of the IRS laws. The office is very clean. I really recommend this place to anyone that needs they're taxes done.

Horrible. My husband and I did our taxes here, we had to file an amended return and was informed IRS never received our original one. Now they are charging us over 1k in penalties for never receiving our original tax papers that were sent electronically. They are supposed to verify that they were processed and never did, I have called since and stopped by and they have been closed for months now. Never returning to this place, save yourself time and headaches and go somewhere else.

This place does not know how to do taxes. Got two notices from the IRS about paying money back. While they did re-file one of the years it was a huge headache getting them to do that. Also they never open up after tax season so if you have an issue forget it. Hours are never correct. Do not get your taxes done here they are not reliable nor responsible at all.
