Have had a case pending for over 13 years. Yes, you read that right 13 YEARS. They switch lawyers on the case every six months. A family member was involved in an accident and went with Lerner and Rowe. Their case was closed and check in hand in less than a year. If you have options do not go with these guys. Waste of time in my opinion. I hope they read this.

In 2017 I was injured in a car accident when another driver ran a stop.
They t- boned my side of the car and I was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

A relative recommended an attorney and he had the case for over a year. Two months before the statute of limitations was up on my case, he wanted me to settle the case for 6,000 dollars, what the other drivers insurance company was offering at the time!
Well, that was a slap in my face and wouldn't have covered even a quarter of the medical bills I had in a lien waiting to be paid!
The lawyer told me that if I didn't settle he was not going to continue to represent me! I was devastated and was quickly trying to find another lawyer to handle my case, no one would take the case at such a late date but then I called Vrdolyak law group!
Peter Vrdolyak called me back and said it would be no problem to take the case.
It was first with a wonderful lawyer but unfortunately she was leaving the practice but then Patrick Crowley took over my case!
Long story even longer, Pat was great from the moment he took over the case, the pandemic hit and understandably lengthened the process but he never gave up! We finally did the deposition over zoom and shortly after that Pat called me to tell me that the insurance company wanted to settle for the whole value of the other drivers policy!!
They negotiated my bills down so that they were all covered and I have enough to continue my treatment as this was an accident that left long term disabilities!

I never in my life needed an attorney for a personal injury case and in my opinion what a night and day difference in determination from my original attorney at another law office to the team at Vrdolyak!
You have to be patient, it can take a number of years for a case to come to a conclusion and who knew a 100 year pandemic was going to strike in the middle of it all!
But Pat Crowley and his team were determined and never gave up on me or my case and for that I am truly grateful!
I highly recommend them for any personal injury case you might need them for, they settled the case for the highest possible outcome without having to have a lengthy and costly court case! If I ever need their services again I won't hesitate to call them!
