Rich is a fantastic employment lawyer. Actually more than that, he is a great person, who really cares about his clients. He gets it, you're not just a case number or a calcuation, he understands the human part of what is important. That this is about your life, your career, your reputation. He is patient, attentive and gives outstanding counsel. His knowledge of employment law is superb, he hunted down the precedents and wrote powerful communications that turned my situation around. I went to Rich when I was a low point, being destroyed in premeditated, methodical manner, set up in the most unfair, manipulative and deceitful way by truly bad actors, being ground up by their machine. It was so surreal. I was really down, alone, almost numbed. Working with Rich enabled me to get out of that mode, allowed me to get back on my feet and counterpunch. And win. It wasn't just about the money, it was regaining my honor and dignity. It was about the truth, the record. It wasn't easy, it took time to set it right. But through all the tough times, Rich was there, giving me the most sage counsel, strategizing on next moves, pushing me when I needed to be pushed, calming me when I needed to realize it's just a nasty game they're playing, we can punch back. He was my man out front, taking on the machine. Rich didn't let them destroy me. I don't know what I would could have done or where I would be today without Rich. I'm just lucky I made that call.
