I had a question about my W2 and the lady was so rude to me . Like if you don’t like your job don’t work there that’s all .

Illegally wanted to keep my W2 forms after requested to given back many times . Was hung up on very rudely many times not just by the owner but by her son and employees as well . VERY unprofessional.
My brother filed aswell so I thought why not , than saw the results and got very disappointed.

Been filing with them for 5 years and never had a problem. I see alot of reviews that say they are rude but I never had that issue. Will continue to go in the future.

If I can rate this zero stars I would. I went to go get my taxes done there and was called later that I was only receiving around $200 and had to pay back the state $187 which I thought was ridiculous and I also payed $105 to get them processed. I Did them online and got a better return. I don’t recommend this place at all waste of money.

Went to make a copy and to have it notorized. Over the phone they said 20 dollars. When they were done it was 50 dollars.
