Alisha is kind, knowledgeable, and has great attitude. My parents and I went in as walk-ins (on different days) and waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. I felt very comfortable with her and was not afraid to ask questions. She explains everything in detail and is very fast as well. My parents and I will do our taxes with her from now on. 🙂
