We've used Joe for several years now, and I can't say enough great things about him. Let's face it... tax season is stressful for us all. Having a guy like Joe is the key to keeping your blood pressure down. I've run a small business for many years now and have had some bad CPAs over those years, but Joe is a true professional. I'm sure he has much bigger accounts and customers he works with, but you'd never know it. He always makes you feel like you're just as important as the bigger guys. He pays great attention to details and makes a great effort to understand your needs. I highly recommend Joe for all your tax needs.

I reached out to this place for the tax resolution issues and have them act as my mother’s representative to appeal to some IRS issues we had. Understandably, it takes a while to hear back from the IRS and I was being very patient with them to help navigate our issues. We had an update about our case and I had received an email about Joe updating me but there was no follow up. I followed up in email multiple times and it has been over a year since I have heard back. Deeply disappointed and frustrated and I feel wronged by this. I do not fault a business if no happy ending comes out of something like this, but the lack of communication and commitment to ensuring I understood where we were at was not okay. Do not go here if you want lack of communication. Still to this day have not heard back about my case. Just got my $700+ stolen from me.
