We arrived during business hours of the company, but no one opened the door for us, we waited 7 minutes and left. Voices were heard outside the door, that is, someone was at home. We wasted our time visiting this company. Ir you value your time, I do not recommend visiting it

This business is practiced from her own residential home, it is close to my home so despite it charges $10 and there are other $5 places, I decided to use it for convenience, however, using it so far has costed me two wasted trips from south bay to SF, plus spending hours and hours waiting in long lines for submitting it to consulate only to be rejected, and also I needed to redo everything and resubmit to the state of CA which also more $$ and time (matters of weeks), only because the practitioner either lacks experiences, or doesn't bother warning me what I may run into. This is what happened: I brought to her a page of document, she said "I am gonna attach a notary form to it and stamp there", I said sure (surely you would do the right thing). I paid and got the notarized document and sent it along to the State of California with processing fee and form and everything for authentication. When I received it couple of weeks later, I took the whole set of documents to the consulate for the next step authentication (since this would be used overseas). After the trip to SF and half day's waiting in line, we were only told that the notary stamp should be on my statement page, not just her notary form. How frustrating. We came back from SF, went to her place again and told her about this, and she put a stamp on my statement page, and charged me another $10, fine. When I asked what is the reason that she attached a form at the first time instead of just notarizing on my statement page, she said because you didn't have space on that page. (Well, then why didn't you tell me then and wasted me all the time and money going through the state of CA, now consulate only to be rejected? Either she didn't know this would happen which demonstrates lack of experience, or she just cares about making the quick $10 and not has the heart of telling me a potential trap.) But I didn't say anything, had her stamp on my statement, she asked me to sign and date again on the page, I obliged, paid, thanked her, and left. Guess what, the next day, a round trip to SF and half day's waiting in line again, the document was rejected for the second time. Because I signed and dated again at her request, but apparently that date is post the stamp date from the state of California, which is now NOT the right sequence. What a bummer. Now I had no choice but to do EVERYTHING all over again, from notary, to Sacramento, and later back to SF. I went back home and called Varsha Notary and told them what happened, and I said if she has just told me what I could have encountered in the beginning, told me to go home and reformat my document page so I have some extra space for her to do the notary on the same page, she could have helped me save a lot of time (matters of weeks) and $$. She said she doesn't take responsibility for it which is not even what I asked for. I am just thinking because she lives nearby, if she would feel a little bad and offers to do it for the third time now, free of charge this time, I would just go there again and be done with it, but she bluntly refused and said she did work and she needs to get paid. Sure. Yes, she did her job, it is not wrong to attach a form if the document doesn't have space for notary, but a more-heartful and professional person would tell you what kind of situation you may run into, instead of just trying to make a quick $10 and be done with it, a better service would recognize how she would have avoided all the time and money loss for her customer (even though, again, as she claimed, it is not her responsibility), one would offer a free signature since she already made $20 from me, which by the way costed me so much. I am not the kind of person who wants to get free service and rip people off, or care about a few dollars, otherwise I would have gone to the $5 services, but it just shows how she practices her business. I would for sure never go back, and I warn you to double and triple think before you select this service, to save yourself future hassles, money, and most preciously, your time.

Most of the place they charge for per page not per signature. She is nice lady but charge for each signature. To get notary from her is costly as compare to outside.

$10 is double the price when compared to many others. Way too high.
Lesson to check reviews before visiting.
Not happy ☹️

This is false advertising. She charges $10 even though it says $5. There are plenty of places that notarize for $5 nearby. Pick any one of them and save your money.
