Always incredibly helpful. All of their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Today I asked about getting a new library card since I can't find my card. The librarian asked me if I use libby or other apps to read on my phone and she proceeded to make me a new card with my same number so I didnt loose all of my holds I have on Libby! I appreciated that so much since there are books I've had on hold for months. Definitely appreciate all of their help today and as always we highly recommend the Valpo branch for people with kids. Their kid section is amazing and there are always creative crafts and reading challenges to participate in. We asked the upstairs librarian about finding Non-Fiction books like "Who is...?" since Barnes and Noble has a whole section of them. While our library doesn't have an entire section like Barnes and Noble, she proceeded to show us where books were without having to look them up and even made a few recommendations for my son of things he may be interested in. That was impressive and very appreciated!

I am happy to have the option to check out audio books but they MAKE you download an app and I hate to share my info. In the past audiobooks were available easier.
Otherwise a great library and helpful staff.

Our library system is one of my favorite public resources. What a gift to be able to check out any book or movie for free. And my family loves trying new board games from the library. And all the fun activities they provide. Thank you so much PCPL!

I've gone to this library my whole life and they've always been very helpful when it comes to finding very random books that I'm looking for. I remember when I was little, I'd go upstairs to the kids section of the library and look at their adorable mini house display or I'd play with the wooden train set/track. And they had many kids books that I loved! On the main floor they have a huge variety of adult books. They also have a computer room and private study rooms as well as tables and chairs all throughout the library for comfort. Even little tables and chairs tucked away in the back for some more privacy. I've always loved this library and still do!!❤️

Very nice library. There is a complete floor for kids that I think is just wonderful. The main floor has areas to sit and study. The front desk if very helpful. The books are easy to find. Parking is ok in front, and there is more in the back. Elevators are also real nice if you want to go to another level.
