It's always a pleasure taking a trip to Valley Mail! I'm a mobile notary and trust them to handle all of my important loan packages. I've had to hold packages a few times and Carol is so great about making sure they are where they need to be. All the ladies here are super sweet and I especially love all their support for the LGBTQ community!

Always so awesome! My go to, they have saved me on so many occasions! Some people need to be more patient, follow the rules. *YOUR* tone reflects *your* attitude, so don't blame others. I know each staff member, they have never treated anyone rudely, so ask around; they would not be in business if they were not as helpful and knowledgeable, have notary public services. My husband shops here too, never had an issue!!

Customer service is hit or miss. When it’s good, it’s great! Very helpful, offer tape, etc. When it’s not, it’s so uncomfortable to even drop off a package. No tape, it’s a problem. FYI One gal is the most unfriendly person. I’d Rather do business with people who appreciate my business. Also, sick of getting snapped at for not having a mask when dropping off (which is allowed per their sign).

Framed items with profanity written on it with sharpie (eff word). Don't take your kids that can read here. There's enough hateful language in the world. Won't be back.

I bought a LifeProof replacement case over a month ago and have not received this package, they no longer have the package and gave it away to the wrong person , I'm quite frustrated about this incident as you can imagine. Additionaly my dad has had this same thing happen with 3 items off of Amazon and made no offer to cover the lost items.
