Was referred by my company's legal consultation department to receive help with a financial issue. The operator refused to proceed with my case right off the bat, without hearing any details of the case, arguing that they don't practice processing this type of estate, while it is one of the main forms of estate, and should have been covered. Such a big waste of time, and I have to restart from scratch to be referred to elsewhere
