If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you need to get something notarized do yourself a favor and find another notary public. The guy who is a notary was so rude. He had a horrible attitude. He made me wait for 15 minutes while he was in the back, laughing and talking to his coworkers. He threw my paper at me and he was raising his voice at my mom. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

A nice alternative to going to one of the main post office locations. They provide most of the services that the big locations would. As this is a side business you may have to wait while the staff handles their pharmacy customers. Still, this is better than standing in line elsewhere. There is plenty of parking here which is a definite advantage over the post office.

Be sure to call for their hours. Their website does not have the correct hours. They say they know but it continues to be wrong.

Just came back home from my attorney who even couldn't take the papers I brought to him, because this notary made TWO mistakes in TWO documents! Moreover, first time he made his job even worst and we had to come to this office second time to remake these acknowledgements. We spent about 5 hours that day on those papers and at the end he made the same mistakes. Of course, we are blaming ourselves, too. We chose this random company and even didn't check their job fully!!! We were in rush and weren't careful... Mostly because we never had an experience like that.

Also he illegally (!!!) charges $20 for every PAGE of acknowledgement instead of $15 for every SIGNATURE! On our question why he overcharges he replied HE CAN CHARGE EVEN $100 for his service. Really?!

So I am attaching the pictures to show how he CORRECTED his mistake in official document that was unacceptable at all!!! No any marks and corrections in documents!
Also he provided the service June 23rd, but he wrote June 22nd several times. It was the main reason why we came back to him first time. And at the end he made the same mistakes in new copies of acknowledgements.
Also he made two acknowledgements for two different documents: affidavit and compliance, but he wrote the same title "affidavit" in each acknowledge.
Plus affidavit had two pages, but he wrote "number of pages _1_".
And last and most important thing is his refusal to give us receipt. He printed his own and said he can give us only this paper. (take a look at pics)
I still can't understand who was working on our papers - a professional or some random person who never passed an exam for this kind of job. Unbelievable. I am ready for filling a complaint form.
Guys, stay away from them! Or control every step of their job!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Post Office!! I recently discovered this location, after living in Lakewood for 16 years!! After being frustrated by the long lines at the Post Office on Candlewood Ave., this location is my secret I want to share with the whole city of Lakewood. NEVER a line. All Post Office services. Pharmacy attached. Next to the new Walmart on South Street, across from the Lakewood Regional Hospital. It has been hiding there for at least 25 years!!

Today I walked into the Clark location, the line was almost out the door. I had forgotten about the South Street location on my way home from work, being tired and all. Then it hit me! South Street Post Office! I quickly turned around and headed out the door. I had to go home to take my daughter to school, but knew I could go back, and there would not be any lines. I was sooooo happy. That's just what I did. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I got to hear the worker chatting with another customer about the upcoming arrival of her granddaughter. Such a nice, small town feeling. No craziness. Just happiness. Thank you!

I went to the post office on Clark and there was a line just to park! So I drive over to John's and parked at the curb, walked right in and there was no line!! Mike was very polite and helpful. Those poor folks at the post office are missing out!

The lady that helped me, went out of her way to help me choose the best shipping option for my package. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but I have no complaints and will probably be shipping/mailing from here more often.
