This place needs some house cleaning. The driver threatened to run over my elderly mother’s 8lb dog and then they have refused to deliver packages and don’t believe the driver said that. Why would I make it up? How would that benefit me? The manager is a flat out liar as well. Claimed he would deliver the packages but never did. Now they’ve returned one to sender. This will all be taken to social media when I have time. Enough is enough.

The UPS driver for Union Hill Church Road in Falkville, Al undoubtedly doesn’t know his numbers! Our mailbox is labeled with large visible numbers but he delivers to the house next door!

Been waiting on a very important package all day that requires a signature. Driver finay shows up, sits in his truck for 30 seconds, restarts his truck and leaves. Checked tracking and he updated it as no one available when i was sitting here waiting on him. All of the numbers for local are disconnected. Called 800 number who said someone from local will call within an hour and that hour has now passed. This is a device that controls my insulin pump, which i literally need to stay alive and your lazy driver can’t be bothered to knock on my door. LIVID!

Shows package processing at the Hartselle facility with no status change in over a week. Can’t get in touch with anyone. Phone number listed is disconnected. No business hours listed online. I drove out to the facility and they were closed. The package was suppose to be delivered a week ago but no updates, no status change, and no way to get in touch with the Hartselle location.

August 3, they show in their system that delivery of my package was attempted (it was not, did not get a notification nor did I receive any "Sorry we missed you" on the 3rd), take in mind, this was at 1:22PM on a weekday when I was at work. August 4th, they attempted delivery at 4:36PM, a little later, this time I did see the UPS Driver in my doorbell cam, but they apparently require a signature (which wasn't the case when the package was sent, so they updated the delivery to require a signature). They left the "Sorry we missed you this time" and now are out for a "Final Attempt". I probably won't be home again because I work 40 minutes away. No number for me to call. No way for me to get in touch with the Customer Service team other than physically going to the site, which is closed by the time I get off. This is just pathetic.

This facility has exceptional carriers one in particular Shane Towe! He went above and beyond great customer service! He found a $100 bill in our yard and taped it to our package so we would find it! There are not many people that would do that and I just want to say thank you so very much!! He is the best!!

Apparently the management at this facility doesn't care about customer feedback because our delivery driver is THE laziest driver who can't seem to go up 3 small steps and put packages on a covered porch. We've talked to his boss before and nothing changes. Puts em by front steps. I even bought a sign saying where to put packages. He marks it down as being by front door so I guess he doesn't know what a door looks like. Pathetic and his boss condones his lack of performance.

There seem to be a lot of problem drivers at this location. I was waiting 10 feet from the door while working at home, and I get a tracking update stating no one available for delivery (time stamp is while I'm about 10 feet from door). No doorbell ring. No knock. No paper saying delivery was attempted. If they can throw it on my porch, all is good (except for the many times they put packages right in front of the garage door where I could easily accidentally back my van over them when leaving). If they have to actually go to the door...well, then I may never see the package.
