Not gonna lie to you guys you have good and amazing employees but they're dying out here in this heat you got no ac some they're fans don't even work it's literally a giant oven on wheels if heat stroke don't get them on the road dehydration will you need to take better care of your driver's out there it literally don't cost as much as you think to at least give them small but powerful fans instead of that junk you put in some of them doesn't even put off air I've seen some drivers come to where I work and they're brown outfits soaked all the way through in sweat when I see improvements made for your workers you will see an improvement to your rating and review

My package has now been "processing" at this location for 4 days now. Contacted the seller and requested a return to sender. This place had working hours from 5pm-6pm M-F. Now has a sign that states it's permanently closed. Reroute anything coming through this place...beware!

The UPS driver that comes to Millerville obviously can't read. There's a big container out in the front yard that says packages here please don't register with them. Twice they have left a package on the porch and dogs tore it up. I'm tired of trying to be nice about it. I'm going to the warehouse in Sylacauga and see if I can talk to a supervisor or something. This is ridiculous.

It's not a customer center any longer. After sitting and waiting for it to open I walk up to the door and there's a sign that it's permanently closed. The closest one is 30 miles away and the places you can drop and pickup in Sylacauga can't do a return because they don't print shipping labels from your scan code.
You would think as much business as they get in this town they would put a store here.

We never, ever receive our packages at our address. GPS takes you right to my driveway. Driver marks delivered every time. I am so beyond frustrated if I could rate lower than a one I would. I am trying to figure out who I contact about fraud.

I paid for a 2 day shipping cost for my purchase and it didn't arrive at all. My package should've been delivered today and it wasn't. From 9:52 am until 7:57 pm. I should've received my package and didn't. They're the worst company to ever to use in Sylacauga. Since you're the owner that's replying ask the person that was suppose to deliver my package and was dispatched to call me and never did to have my package in the morning as his/her 1st stop

They rarely bring my packages, some of them large/heavy to my door. I even found one in a tree branch that I had to climb an embankment to reach. They mark my packages as delivered and have not delivered them. And sometimes never do. When I pay shipping from now on I will use USPS or Fed X or DHL. All of them are courteous enough to bring my packages to the house, LIKE THEY WERE PAID TO DO. SHAME ON YOU UPS. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

They delivered 2 of my package to a house 5 miles from my house no response in 7 days we filed a claim last Monday 7 days ago no phones calls nothing. No packages after on phone with 1800 number this place did not turn our clam in now ups wants us to file nother one. Nope I want my dam money that was spent on them 2 packages. Where I can get FedEx to bring my stuff from now on called to day and hung up phone on me I'm no rocket science but I think that person that they let her out in personal car to deliver them keep them. This is a sorry place to ship anything never never will use ups
