MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BOOKS BEFORE RENTING!
Even though the staffs are nice and helpful, the bookstore has strange policy. The rental books were not in great condition when I got them. At the end of the rental period, the bookstore did not let me return, and I ended up having to buy all of them (unwantedly). The price is higher than other places. On the receipt, it says I can return books within 30 days. However, I got them during 3rd week and wanted to return 4 days after purchasing. If you did not drop the class, the bookstore refused returns after 1st week of school. Technically, the policies printed on the receipt is vague and unhelpful.

I wanted to get a gift for my mom for her birthday, I’m her only kid to go to college and she loves the city. There wasn’t many options in her size cause they were pretty sold out, but the man who was working helped me out a lot! If he isn’t the manager he should be! I’ve been really happy with the service when I’ve been there and it’s worth the visit!

The return policy is rough if you buy books late in the quarter. Staff was sweet and helpful and I got what I needed. Prices are remarkably high compared to other vendors.

Not friendly to tourists at all. I felt that they we're watching me like a thief, even though I wanted to buy a book that was on a shelf but was not on sale (no tags or any information). Left disappointed.

Returns policy is twisted to trick you [in essential, think there are no returns]. Staff is usually friendly and helpful, but the Barnes and Noble chain is set up to rip off any college student and their parents as much they can.
