I had hired this attorney for workers comp September 7th of 2023 and I FIRED this attorney back on 4/18/2024 and advised the attorney on 4/22/2024 that I no longer wished to work with them as they failed to do any work or communicate with me. I have new legal representation and found that this law firm - Ultimate law firm was trying to make a settlement without my knowledge and LIED to opposing council that I was in agreeance and knew about it when i was never even told. I also found out that they were still trying to work my case up until a little bit ago after I FIRED them well over 5 months ago. They have wasted my time, LIED about communicating with me, failed to get me treatment for my injuries in well over 5 months, withheld information from me, never provided me with a signed legal agreement, did not correct documents for my injured body parts, sent me to a QME that was the wrong location and was canceled 2 days prior, never got a new QME or AME, I reported additional injuries when they happened and they did nothing about it. They are scandalous and fraudulent and very upset with them. They even had a Senior lawyer Roshanack Yaghobi for my deposition have me lie and say I spoke with her for an hour when it was only 20 minutes. They said I was pleased with them, and that most certainly is not true - Prove it!!! Brandon even said I'm a difficult client - HUH!!!! You spoke to me once, your office hardly ever dealt with me, you did nothing but 2 chiropractor appointments in the 7 months total I was with them. What a joke!!!!!
