I am so glad I didn't read the lower end reviews because Kylee D. Miller is a fantastic attorney. She not only was professional, nice, well organized, and prepared, she showed that she is driven by helping rather than being all about the money. In the memorandum she prepared for my case, there was a trip to the hospital that showed in there scan I was completely disabled. She advised me to change the onset to get approved immediately. Why that says a lot is she took a large pay cut to ensure my family was taken care of. By forgoing two years of benefits and risk losing, I am now guaranteed 29 years of benefits for myself and my wife and daughter. I can't thank her enough for all the work she has done by keeping me well informed and doing all her due diligence. I hope this helps someone who has looked at the other reviews because if we lost I would have been just satisfied for all she did. Thank you Kylee!

Fantastic firm for starters. Very professional plus they are easy to talk to mixed with a firm hand which is what you want when you’re trying to get results which they WILL get you. For me one of the biggest things I loved was the great communication. Everything was open and honest and explained very well to me. Also if they say they will call you at a specific time then be ready at that time because these guys just don’t miss. I feel like the last thing any of us needs is to feel left out in such a serious process. We should just be able to focus on healing and getting our lives back on track and with a firm like this I feel that it’s possible to do so while getting the results you need. Took 3 and half years to get anything done. This case was handled poorly. Should have picked another company for worker’s compensation cause nothing was done right at all.!!!

Back in Oct. of 2019, I hired Tuite to represent me in my Workers’ Comp Case. My employer was less than friendly to me and tried to get out of paying for my medical needs. I don’t feel it is necessary to divulge my injury nor what was my job at the time of my injury, even though my injuries were severe enough for me to seek other work in a different field of employment. What I will say is that Tuite made my life and case easier on me and my family during this otherwise stressful and hectic time. My lawyer Mr. Szul and my Case Manager Becky Koch are wonderful, professional, competent, and reassuring people that I and my family are very pleased with to have represented me in my time of need. Mr. Szul did an excellent job of making sure my legal needs were met and keeping me in the loop on my case’s progression. Becky was a delight to work with, she was very helpful and kind whenever we spoke on the phone or emailed, and whenever I had questions she was quick to get a response for me. The fee/payment I believe was a fair price for all the hard work they put in over the last year and a half on my case. Overall I would highly recommend Tuite to anyone with a Workers’ Comp case or anytime you would need legal representation for a personal injuries case. Late last year, my partner decided to start the journey to gain SSA Disability Benefits. I’ve seen the commercials, heard others at work, and suggested she contact Tuite. They could not have been less interested in so much as looking at her documents, couldn’t even be bothered to call or contact to simply say so. When she followed up for the 3rd or 4th time, she was told that her paperwork would be given to Mr. Tuite himself. Ok. Except there was still zero interest or concern given. She finally just went and picked up her paperwork, and began the process herself. A fools errand, to be sure, but we will continue seeking help elsewhere, and do a better job vetting moving forward.

I would recommend Greg Tuite to everyone looking for a good work comp attorney. Greg does everything by the book. Good communication is a must have between client and attorney. Attorneys are very busy with other clients as well and for the most part, he provided communication for me in emails and if I needed to call, case workers were always available to forward him messages. All attorneys have they're flaws but never really had an issue with the law firm. Everyone is nice and caring about the situation you are in. If you are dealing with a horrible insurance company after an injury to yourself, call Greg Tuite. I highly recommend his services.
