At first the appointment was going very well. I brought as much paperwork as I could fit in my briefcase, eventhough I was needing to bring two pieces of paperwork. I brought...a lot of paperwork, just in case.

I was answering questions to the best of my ability, though having a hard time keeping my focus so it doesn't take so long for me to answer a question.

The first red flag that started the loss of focus that lead to me leaving was when I mentioned, "Long-Term Effects."
A lawyer that has been in the business for so many years has never heard of, "Long-Term Effects."

After hearing that, I started having a hard time continuing the appointment.

Before I left the appointment I was asked a question, an easy question, but I fell silent trying to answer and put my head down with my thumbs curculing my temples.

I was trying to keep myself focused, but I was told that, "if you choose to ignore me then there is the door."

I was not ignoring him!

Because of my TBI that I got in 2006, hence LONG-TERM EFFECTS, I was struggling and was taking longer to respond and explain my answers to him, but I think he is impatient.

I called the office to ask if I can change lawyers and was told I was not able to if one denies my case.

I explained to the secretary that my case was was not denied.
What made the lawyer say my case was denied was because of the lack of my concentration to answer in an appropriate time, the help I didn't have from my parents to keep me on track that was not there with me because I was alone so time wasn't wasted on anyones time, and because of me walking out.

I'm not blaming anyone, but only to post a review I had with one of the lawyers, Tuggle & Lichtenberger.
