For the first time ever after decades of driving this same route, I got a speeding ticket. I was on my way to a funeral as well as a graduation that same weekend, so my mind was not on my speed and I was driving with the flow of traffic. I told my family who told me to it was a well known area for tickets to be issued. I am not sure how I missed that information all these years, but I decided to challenge the ticket. I found several lawyers who are part of my prepaid legal plan and decided to use Tucker Watson. He promptly responded to my inquiry and explained the process. Tucker was a wonderful lawyer to work with. Sometimes lawyers can put more fear into you but Tucker was so calm and kind during our first consultation. He made it very easy to work with him and helped me get only a fine for improper driving instead of a reckless driving ticket with a small fine versus points. I had received a ticket late last year and had Tucker Watson represent me since I love out-of-state. I highly recommend Tucker! I contacted Tucker L. Watson after talking with multiple other lawyers. Tucker unlike other lawyers immediately calmed my anxiety about a ticket that I had got in accomack county not realizing it would be considered reckless driving (75 in a 45). With this speed I could have a criminal charge on my record which I can’t have nor does anyone want. Tucker was hundreds of dollars lower then any other lawyer I talked with and didn’t pressure me to hire him immediately after the consult. Don’t let the expensive/outrageous price of others that they scare you into thinking you need them when HE can do the job and cheaper. He was right to the point told me what I needed to do and took care of the rest. I was very happy with the outcome that he had got me. My charge was dropped to improper driving so no criminal charge. Note to self watch your speed in VA. Thank you Tucker!

Mr. Watson was great. He explained everything to me and even called to remind me that I had to something. Even when I was getting late doing my part and he was going to be out of the office, he took the time to call me once again and made sure my documentation was turned in on time! Yes, my case was easy but I was very nervous about the outcome. He did everything a said he would and the outcome was so much better than I envisioned!
