I was in a motorcycle accident the day before Father’s Day in 2023 and the outcome would have been over a million dollar case but because of some circumstances, I was facing debt well over $500,000 and I would have been forced to file bankruptcy!! Matthew Westmoreland got it to where ALL of my medical bills were covered at UVA, AND worked his magic and somehow made it so that I actually got a settlement check (no matter how big or little the check was), I HIGHLY recommend Matthew Westmoreland 1,000 times over!!! And he took care of literally EVERY stressful problem/questions/concerns I had and made it that much easier on me!!! Thank you Matthew westmoreland for EVERYTHING!!!

I scheduled a consult with an attorney. They took my money before anything else was started. After the consult, I called back to have them help me with a few things and was told they are not taking on new clients. Basically, I wasted money with a firm that knew from the beginning they weren't taking new clients and just wanted my money. I had to find another attorney law firm and my experience there was the exact opposite.

I have tried the Staunton, Harrisonburg and Charlottesville and can't get anyone to return and email or phone call. I received one email that the were interested so I called to schedule a consultation and get things rolling and nobody's responding now and court is quickly approaching.
