No one likes sand. It's course, it's rough, it's irritating, and it gets everywhere. But I hate sand more than most. I really, really hate sand.

So you can imagine how pleased I was to find the Tuba City Public Library. Finally, a place where I can go to escape the sand. The library is clean, quiet, and air-conditioned, and best of all, there's not a grain of sand to be found.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the selection of books is excellent. I particularly enjoyed the section on Arizona history.

If you hate sand like I do, then I highly recommend a visit to the Tuba City Public Library. It's the perfect place to escape the heat, the crowds, and most importantly, the sand.
