This woman is a fraud. Eva was recommended by a family member so I thought I could trust her with my case. She was hired to file paperwork for a waiver back in October 2023. Her fee was $4000 which I agreed to and after paying her half the money she stopped responding to my emails. It was impossible to get anyone to answer a phone or call back. It took countless emails, phone calls and family members contacting her on my behalf, to finally hear back from her six months later, to let me know that the case was reinstated and now finally we can move forward with the waiver. I prepared everything she asked for and sent it to her, but it was clear to me, that she never even opened any of the emails nor she ever reviewed the paperwork. Here we are almost a year later and still nothing was done. I ended up hiring a new lawyer (which now it's gonna cost even more) and now finally things are moving forward. She never contacted me to at least apologize or explaine of what happened with my case. She never offered to return any of the money that I paid for the job she has never done, but maybe she'll find the time to answer to my post on here, csuse it looks like she finds time to do that. She not only took my money and not do the job she was hired to do, but waisted months and cost me a lot of stress. Do yourself a favor and stay away as far as you can from her. Go to someone who is reputable and trustworthy. Shame on you Eve.

Beware of this immigration lawyer – she is nothing but a scammer! She took our money months ago and has yet to file our case. There is absolutely no communication – she doesn't answer phone calls or respond to texts. We've sent her hundreds of messages and called her countless times, only to occasionally get a text saying 'Ok, let me get back to you,' but she never does. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and avoid her at all costs!

EDIT 06/02/24 in response to Eve's response last week:
Lack of communication? You mean NO COMMUNICATION. Being a small firm is no excuse for leaving a client completely in the dark. When you first took our case either you, Aneshka, Jina, or anyone else would respond to us. Also, in the time it took you to write this public response, you could have contacted us - you did not. You have not answered any calls or email since November 2023, and you closed your office without leaving a forwarding address. I have used all the methods I have to contact you and until this day I have not heard from you directly. You received all of the documents for the Affidavit of Support, which you claimed to have finished on 11/17/2023, but you never uploaded it to the NVC portal, much less submit it. You received all the required civil documents on 12/04/2023, which you never uploaded, and again, never submitted. You delayed our case over 6 months and possibly jeopardized it. The only thing left to do now, if you have an ounce of decency left, is to refund my senior citizen aunt's the $3,000 she paid you for a job you did not complete. If you don’t, you would just confirm that you are an unprofessional human being and fraud.

Eve, please refund our payment. Neither you or your staff has responded since November 2023 and our case is in limbo. This is very unprofessional. Respond and do the right thing. We trusted you with our case and $3000. If any one knows anything please post here. We are very frustrated.
