I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience with Tresp Law.

We turned to them during a time when we needed guidance on something unfamiliar, and instead of easing the process, they added significant stress and delays. Delays were consistent and communication was lacking.

The billing was excessive—most notably, we were charged approx $1,000 just to file a basic property document with the county recorder. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered.

Eventually, we had to switch firms, which cost us even more time and money. To top it off, it took weeks to get our retainer back and check was not issued back to the Trust as required.

Please do your own due diligence, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend Tresp Law.

The matter involved my Aunt's Trust and a feud between two beneficiaries as to which would receive disbursements. Her fees are very, very reasonable and appropriate, and to tell the truth, I was happy to pay them because she immediately did what was necessary. My hat is off to her and her entire firm - kudos!
