Denise and Joseph, of the Transcendental Meditation Program of Tucson, are passionate teachers of TM. Admittedly I came in as a skeptic. I asked a lot of tough questions, which Denise welcomed and answered. I softened and welcomed the process. I was struggling with some difficult personal issues. So Denise (Joseph is rather quiet but just as effective!) did something extraordinary—she tailored a program that both met my needs and stayed within the boundaries of TM. TM adapted to me, and, ultimately, me to it. The best teachers, like Denise and Joseph, welcome skepticism and find solutions, and this is a profound process. I feel gratitude, and hope, because this journey has not ended. It is just beginning.

Denise and Joseph Gerace are excellent teachers. I first learned TM over 40 years ago and they helped me get back into the practice. I can't emphasize enough how much TM helps with everything, from anxiety reduction to sleep to many other. Try it.
