I felt respected even though I'm a Legal Resources member which means I pay about $20 a month through my job to get services. I felt like I was getting the same attention that I would otherwise. This is the exact opposite when I visited Montgomery's office. Montgomery messed up my papers 3 times and just as i went in there she would inform her staff that it would only be five minutes.
