This is so messed up. I wanted to change my last name I needed the documents,I put my card info in then changed my mind, I never clicked submit I backed out of the order entirely and they charged my card anyways, without my authorization. There is no customer service number. Total scam if you ask me.

I hope you do your research b4 spending any money with this company. I paid almost $200 for llc/Ein. They are now saying I didn’t complete the application. And I need to pay another $239. Mind you $70 was charged for an Ein which I could have and would have done had I known it wasn’t the actual LLC. Took a major loss

Very disappointed with their service.
I have good it on good authority that this is not an isolated incident, but rather represents the business practice of pro se planning Inc, known as TotalLegal. I’m expecting my full refund asap.

Cannot contact them whatsoever through email nor phone number. This is not a legit company. Obviously it’s fraud and I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
