I cannot say enough great things about Total Estate. At one of the worst times in my life they handled my father’s estate sale and the sale of his home quickly and were very compassionate to my situation. They answered any questions I had, were professional, kept costs low, supported local, and went above and beyond to work for me to get the best out come. They did a good job setting up the house for the sale. The profit from the sale was OK, but thought it could have been a bit better. They maybe could have used more social media platforms to help increase sales. One thing that was disappointing was that we had several conversations about things that they would do but they only did the ones we really push them to do. They promised to clean up after the sale was complete (pick up trash and vacuum) but at the end of the sale they picked up their things and were gone inside of 45 minutes without doing any cleaning. We also noticed a decrease in excitement for the estate sale after we informed them that we would be using someone else the list the house for sale.

what a fantastic experience with Total Estate Care. Lisa took such great care of all the furnishings and the sale of my mother-in-laws home after she passed. I hired Lisa and Jessie to run an estate sale for my mother who was downsizing. It was a very stressful and emotional time for everyone especially my mother and Lisa and Jessie were nothing but kind and caring. They worked really hard and not only took care of everything from beginning to end but also got my mom a decent profit. They were also extremely helpful in rectifying a small problem we came across and acted with the upmost integrity and professionalism.
