We have been with Mr Toscas for many years. First my dad started using his services then over the years I started to hire him myself.
He goes above and beyond to make sure he looks out for your best interest. It is really surprising to see that someone would write such review as "stay away". Mr Toscas is a very knowledgeable attorney and will ALWAYS look out for your best interest!. He is a very Ethical and Not once has he asked or implied to go around the law on any matter.

During covid he was representing us for a property closing. Since many of the county offices were closed he decided to delay the closing because he wanted to make sure there were no liens on the property unpaid taxes. He also did not want to close until we got an updated plat of survey. We had to tell him that it was ok to not have the updated survey. This is how much he cares for each and every client. I will continue to hire him and If you are looking to build a long time relationship with an attorney he is the one.

His assistante Cynthia is super helpful and knowledgeable. She always follows thru and makes sure to remind you when you have taken too long to reply or send something they requested. (some of us appreciate those reminders).
