To be honest, reading all of the 5 star reviews makes me wonder why I felt so neglected on my case. I dont have time and it wouldnt be appropriate to write out a super long story with every detail but my overall feeling was that Tamir was not proactively engaged with my case and wasted a lot of time. I was billed somewhere between $7k - $9k while he represented me in my divorce case for about 9 months in which i represented myself for a year before that so much of the discovery work was done. That may not sound like much money but 90% of that money went towards his assistant gathering financial documents and for Tamir to show up in court a few times for about 2 or 3 minutes in front of the judge where nothing happened. Tamir blamed my ex's attorney for being the lazy one but it was like pulling teeth to get him to initiate anything even though I expressed several times I was willing to pay for him to draft a settlement agreement. When he finally drafted one (which I paid for), it included wrong information on his part that totally resulted in different implications for child support and spousal maintenance (which seemed lazy to me) and he made no effort to help me think through how to propose and negotiate the division of assets. He even counseled me to agree to a parent allocation plan and submit it to the court without any discussion regarding how much me reducing my custody from 50/50 would impact my child support / spousal maintenance. In the end, I eventually decided to change representation and the new person was a night and day difference in terms of communication and thought partnership. With new counsel, I was able to come to a quick settlement on agreeable terms that were better than what Tamir was proposing. It hurts me to leave this review because I don't like to undermine how people make a living but I truly feel like I was scammed in a way and feel compelled to share.

Tamir was amazing! He was always available when I needed his help or had questions. He always gave me an honest opinion and directed me in the right direction. Also his staff was great! So helpful and always returned my calls quickly. Most attorneys are so hard to get in contact with and just look to make a buck. But Tamir was completely opposite… if anyone ever needed an attorney to go to, it would be him! I thank him and his staff for all the hard work they helped me with! 5 STARS!!!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Tamir! If you need representation for a custody case he is the man you need on your side. Side note Tamir didn't represent me but he is my husband's lawyer. The case shouldn't have been complicated but my husband's ex made everything far more complicated than necessary. Tamir was always positive and honest, he was fair in pricing and truly had his heart fully involved in the case. This has been an ongoing battle for multiple years only for her to drag things out and waste our money on attorneys. Tamir didn't allow that to happen and wasn't only in this for the money. He got to know us as a family and always had great advice on how to handle situations that were thrown our direction. He took time off of the clock to chat with us when we had questions. He is a man of his word and never tried to get our hopes up. He is in this business for all of the right reasons. The kids can finally live a normal life, something that wasn't offered to them when in custody of their mother!
