Camp Fire (Paradise Survivor’s!!)
We submitted via paper end of February, per their request…of February or sooner ALL our tax documents!!!
Submitted without confirmation or any “stuff” insurance/lawsuit etc… WAY after the fact!!! we we’re told nobody from lawyer responded, yes that’s likeky, but, also… they’re NOT known for any responses… ‍♀️
They extended our tax deadline (WITHOUT our knowledge!) our taxes, come towards THAT deadline (after MANY!!!! Ask Jessie for ALL confirmation of me calling them for MO THA!!!, for NO response again AND again AND AGAIN!!!!
After MANY prompts, calls, FALSE promises!!! etc. we (I) drove to Red Bluff in August 31st!? and requested just give me our taxes!
Oh ahem… here you go from front desk person. NOPE “THIS” is exactly what I’ve been calling about FOR MONTHS?!?!!!! Oh okay; give me 10 minutes and ohhh okay!?!
That said, thanks but NO thanks!?! You SAY you want to support us but damnnnnn your actions speak SO much louder than any words!!! ?‍♀️

RUN!! This is the most incompetent company I have ever done business with. Forms filed incorrectly repeatedly, losing paperwork, late fees because they can't file on time then had US pay them MULTIPLE times. Do yourself a huge favor and find somebody else
